No matter what you're building, the mortise-&-tenon will likely play a role. This 1-day course will teach you multiple ways to make this basic and versatile joint. The workshop will cover basic anatomy and design, layout, and various applications of the joint. Then students will cut mortise and tenon joints using common shop machinery, commercial and shop-made jigs, power and hand tools.
