Foundation Course - Router BasicsThe router is an indispensable woodworking tool and knowing how to fully utilize this compact woodworking miracle will enable you to achieve more while spending less money, using less shop space, and taking less time to complete your projects. In a series of sessions we will cover the basics of using the router in a variety of different ways.
Students will learn how to make various cuts, employ special jigs and fixtures, and create special effects using the router.
This course also includes the basics of router table design and use. With a router table you can safely and quickly produce your own moldings, and cut rebates, sliding dovetails, and cope and stick joints for doors or panel frames.
Class Size - 10 Max.
Cost: $80 per evening session; $160 per day session (including all materials)
